If your IT staff is somewhat smart then you're fucked. Most places that do that, lock it down so you can only visit company websites, internal sites....work related shit. Get another job, lol.

Install these 2 programs on your home computer.

first tightvnc which will allow you to login to your home computer remotely with a password you setup

setup dynamic dns so you can find your home computer on teh innerwebs
http://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/dyndns/

then remote into your computer at home from you work computer. Then they cant stop your route to the siccness....
