I'm listening to them right now and so far so good. They've got some killer riffs and the vocals are good, but the drummer is doing too much. I know it's death metal and all but sometimes simpler is better and that certainly applies here. But overall, I'm digging them.

What does your boy play?

The lead guitarist and drummer are my homeboys from like elementary school.

Not a fan of that type of music but they seem to be able to play it quite well. I agree about the drummer. The dbl bass is too much and to me it kills it when in certain instances it would otherwise be uplifting. Overdoing it can make the music seem too digital and not very authentic.
