this is heartbreaking news.

the fix was probably the best work of his career.
Are you serious ??

If anything it was the worst lp of his career.. Some tired ass breaks and too many R&Bish tracks.

It dosn't come anywhere near his other solo's.

There's defo something strange going on down at Rap-a-Lot .

Z-ro's last lp was put out and left to rot like a bad smell. No video / Promotion . Not even a 2nd single after "mule".

I read in an interview that he dosn't even speak to people at the label , and he wont ever work with TRAE again , who they just signed..

Very Strange.

His last Lp just didnt sell like it was suppose too and Rap Alot is on Asylum/Warner Bros. now so they gotta follow the rules in release dates and promo. I dont see why Z-RO wont work with his cousin Trae again bc they suppose to drop a group album ABN one day.

eh man i'm gonna have to disagree with you. i love his earlier shit as much as the next man but that record really struck a chord with me. i thought the r&b shit was appropriate for the subject matter. it's not like that shit was soft, far from it. it was just a more mature face. like i said it's, imho, his best record, with the diary and mr. scarface is back tied for a close second.

True i think "The Mule," "From The South," and "Goin Platinum" could've all been big singles with the right push. They dropped the ball with that shit for sure. It's crazy how the swisha acts get so much promotion and RAL goes unnoticed now when they're both backed by asylum. Most people didn't even know the last GBs record came out, and it was a pretty damn good album.
