hey essj 408 i can't view the videos. i extracted the files but theres a error.

what video you can't see the sopranos episode or the sin city movie? and whats the error you get?

Sopranos! the error reads you need the following volume control in order to follow this extraction. insert a disk w/ this volume and press ok to break the extraction. i guess i need some software to watch it. i thought all of these programs were already loaded on my computer.
