At my school (University of Montana) the library is something like 6 or 7 floors. There's only this one area on one of the upper floors where they actually have a rule that says you gotta be quiet. This one bitch was being loud as fuck on the main floor one day and like 100 people were annoyed out of their minds and some other chick went and said something to the person at the desk to ask them to tell her to shut the fuck up but she couldn't because she was outside of the "quiet area" in the building. Ridiculous.
