It's comparing per 100,000 people. It will say the actual population, but the statistics that come up are per 100,000. Tucson, Arizona ranks high if you compared it to most cities. We've got a lot of psychos, and I know homies down here from Califas that would agree with me on that.

i would definatley agree....i lived in South Side Tucson for 2 years......i know they had way more than 60 murders in 2001 that was like just the summer alone....
