you have to look at the raw numbers to see the actual statistics and you have to remember ratings per capita are based on size of the city and such so a small town might have a higher rating than a bigger city but still have less murders than that city.......like Stoccton has a higher murder rate then San Francisco but SF has a higher actual number of murders....but thier population is also more than 760,000 where ours is only 250,000 so if we were as big as Sf we would most likely have more murders.....

its funny cuz i hear hella cats from Modesto & Merced act like its hella hard & fulla killaz....they both had 3 murders in 2001 compared ta Stocctons and Sacramentos 30 or so...

and yeah it's easier for smaller cities to have higher crime since crime rate is based on population...

Hell yeah, when I went to visit DC as a 12 year old I even noticed that the capital city part (with all the govt. buildings) was clean as a whistle. The moment you went past the fork in the road leading to capital city - all the road signs were torn down and there were crack dealers on every corner.

statistics like that dont mean much.. in all honesty.

in this book they were talkin bout 'rape alley' near me. lol. i've chilled there and never been raped. Oh yeah, thats cos i was the one doin the rapin. duh.

I'd love to live in a safe city. it would probably be really shit though, all the people would be really seedy and stuck up.
