Yes lets discuss the drug testing again. Before Manny was placed in front of Floyd, Floyd was runnin' around wearin' Pacquiao T-shirts, going to his fights, saying he is a good fighter, etc. Then as soon as Manny pops up as a possible opponent, Floyd starts stuttering and then you hear all types of wild allegations.

I have no idea if Manny has cheated, I've always said that and he doesn't have to do further testing but would have been both there best interests if it happened but same goes for the 10 mil stipulation Floyd had to accept for every pound he came in over weight
