Hmmm. Nothing's coming to mind. But if you've never heard of em, there's a band called Ten Masked Men that does a bunch of pop-song covers death metal style.

Let me start off by saying I can't stand Country music, but, there is this band called O'Death that call their own music Goth-Country. It sounds like shit that should be played at a funeral for outlaw. I like it quite a bit though. Fans of Man Man, Murder By Death and Tom Waits should check their stuff out.

Yup, if Man Man is Drunken Pirate Lounge music, then this is Drunken Outlaw Showtunes lol. Have you heard Murder By Death? If you have I think Man Man and Murder By Death combined would make this band, sprinkle in a little Tom Waits.

You know what kind of vocals I cant stand
The Thursday / Hopefall / Fall of Troy or whatever the fuck emo voice oscillation that is present in almost every single popular band that has come out in the last 5 years
Its almost like every single vocalist of any popular band had the same singing teacher or some shit
The second I hear vocals coming in with that little la la sing song style I terminate, no matter how heavy the music is
I can dig this shit
