click the analyze button in the bottom right hand corner

pause the video at 1:11:64

zoom in to the top right hand corner of the video where you can see the perks

i recognise the first 2 as stopping power and extreme conditioning

the other 2 appear to be new

i dont think the downwards pointing arrow represents a perk

however this could be an indication that we are now allowed to use 4 perks (excluding perk 1)
