lol yeah... ive started to realize that this is the case. me and gas were havin the same discussion.. hes like the 4th person to say that shit.
he was like: if you pay for xbox live monthly, and you paid $60 for mw2 and you have a headset, youre probably pretty good. i dont ever see niggas just runnin out in the open on xbox like you do ps3.
i thought about it and he has a point.. theres like 15 million people playin mw2 on ps3,only like 2 million have mics.. a vast majority of the people on the ps3 are fucking terrible. n00bs who just got the game and are online for free.

^^ You Xbox niggas keep saying that shit. My brother has it on Xbox and i play it from time to time. The dudes on Xbox don't run out because all they do is either camp and snipe or noob tube. anyway.. ive finally set up a sniper class.. i got about 40 kills with the m21 but only 3 one shot kills.
can i get some sniper pro tips?
do you have to have stopping power to get one shot kills or does it have to be a headshot. it seems like when you hit a nigga with one bullet they keep on truckin.

Barret 50 cal is the one to go for if you want one shot kills consistently
stopping power is a must if you want one shot kills, it doesn't need to be a headshot, any part of the body upwards of the waist will do
sleight of hand pro (quicker aiming down sights) and steady aim pro (hold breath for longer) help a lot in sniper classes
the ideal class to use for a sniper is:
rifle of your choice (i use barret 50 cal)
pp2000 or m93 raffica (the two best machine pistols)
claymores (to watch your back)
sleight of hand pro (to pull up scope quickly)
stopping power (to give you the power your need for those one shot kills)
steady aim pro (for when you need to hold your breath longer because your enemy ducked behind cover)

as someone posted above I finally got to 10th prestige too, and now that I did I can't help but think it wasnt worth it.....I only get like a month and a half to unlock as many fall camos, and do the shits i aint ever get done, like 250 cold-blooded kills and 750 sitreps.....they should have kept it to level 55....
barret 50cal and intervention suck cock unless theyre silenced and fmj'ed which most people will never get enough kills for...fuck that stupid ass kickback

but wa2000 has to be tricked out if its silenced or its firepower is wack...i acog-silence my snipers so its like....a longer range fal ...until i get fmj then its merk time..bout to throw that fmj on the wa2000 i think my interventions at acog now..as for the 50 cal...lmao fuck that gun...i did use it alot when i started playing though
my aim is hella detailed with acog..most people dont like to use it but thats how most of my one shot kills happen...practice acog on other weapons and itll be easier to snipe with it..i dont hold the breath much unless its a super long range kill you can usually catch it while its moving...i honestly never put it on intervention to my knowledge cuz i use the wa alot.. i need to try that next time i sign on
oh yeah and if you wanna get your sniper kills up for attachments, run around on marathon and lightweight and hipfire people versus looking through the scope on free for all...i dont do that personally but hipfiring close squarters is about 3 times easier to do than an actual sniper kill is

To each his own...I unlocked every attachment for every gun and the acog never gets no play on any of my classes...I feel like acog sniping just kinda takes the skill away from sniping in general. When i was trying to unlock the thermal acog sniping i always felt lucky when i got someone where as with the scope it felt like a well deserved and satisfactory kill...
Try using the heartbeat sensor when you 1st learning to snipe it helps knowing when dudes is close to you. I usually roll wit Intervention or 50 Cal/ heartbeat sensor, claymores, scavenger, stopping power, steady aim pro wit the TMP wit extended mags for a secondary.
These are the maps i have the most luck sniping and almost always snipe on.
