anyone kno a place that tells you what you can do to get an emblem or title? with pics of the emblem or title?

you have to be flashed and then throw the knife and kill an enemy....

a lil tip that somebody gave me to get this a little easier (even though i didnt need to use it) is sneak up behind somebody and throw a flash bang then throw your knife at the loser!
