What makes Em Legal? Semi instead of fully?

^Semi, 10 round clips ( those are 30 rounders gutted to only hold 10 ) and bullet release buttons for the clips. All of those things, plus the manufacturer of the gun, makes them Cal legal. But not for long, get em while we still have a few rights left...California just voted and passed the 50 round MAXIMUM per month that is set to start in 2011...straight up BULLSHIT.
