In my picture... the 3 on my chest, that's the number of how many more meals you gotta eat than everyone else to get to where I'm at. LMAO, on the real though, I have thyroid disease... Hypothyroidism to be exact. This means that my body doesn't produce enough hormones to keep my metabolism in check. So when I eat a meal, it's like eating 3 because my shit is so out of whack it just stores energy. I'm working with my doctor to get the right combination of hormones in my system at all times, but if you know anybody with thyroid disease you'll know that it takes time. I'm about to just start taking big doses of the pills if the doctor keeps taking forever, I did this once and lost mad weight in a quick amount of time but my doctor said it was extremely unhealthy because the metabolism isn't supposed to spike, but rather be raised up over time.... and if you don't know, now you know!
