LMAO the reason Jon Jones is able to return is because he agreed to rat on other UFC fighters who use PED's. Jon Jones manager tried to say he wouldn't rat on other fighters, but USADA already countered that and put out a public statement basically saying if he doesn't rat, he'll be suspended again. Jones has to continue to be a rat too, it's not just a one time thing and if he ever stops ratting he gets an instant 30 month ban lol
