Japan is one of the biggest supporters of West Coast music. South Central Cartel and Dove Shack have a some Japan only albums over there. Their low-rider scene is as equal to the California low-rider scene. If you ever get your hands on Daddy V's "OGTV" dvd you'll definitely see Japan in the light.

I'll co-sign on that one. Nearly every type of music you can imagine can be found there and the West Coast stuff is very popular. Less than mile outside of Yokota Air Base's main gate, I saw people working on lowriders at a small garage. Those guys actually fly to California for car shows.

I miss Japan. :mad:

I went to a Tower Records out here and saw an Ecay Uno album. Mental Scars. They love Chicano rap out here too. They got a gang of that shit here. They got Japanese thugs out here with Mexican flags in there cars and on their antennas. Some fools wear dickies, chucks, and even got bald heads with the flannel's top button buttoned up. Crazy
