the only downside is youre 15 min from downtown sd.. if that even can be called a downside.

some of them (quite a few) dowtown spots is sect 8 approved too....if you got ya hustle up from 2006-2007....put the word in...i dunno...downtowns downtown..you can live in a nice spot but at the end of the day someone drinks a tall can next to the entrance of yoru spot...

i personally wouldnt live next to anything adjacent or southwest/east to 9th-16th street..unless i had really bad quality drugs i was trying to sell and had a penchant for crack whores and 99 cent steel reserve
