Although shops make it very convenient for us especially for visitors I cannot imagine it would be very difficult to acquire some in Germany.

Rotterdam and Utrecht are 2 that I know of with Utrecht being the place I'd go even before Amsterdam. It's less crowded and cheaper but still bomb

You can go and get stoned in about every European city so it depends on what else you look for I guess lol

But yeah I do live there and as far as some cities I could say indeed Utrecht and Rotterdam.
Utrecht has a lot of the same architecture as Amsterdam even has some of those canals. And there are indeed less tourists.
Rotterdam being more of a modern city, also becoming much more international now but is very different from the previous two.
The Hague (Den Haag) has some pretty good places and I would put up there too.
