I could tell Castillo was done during the Hatton fight because he wasn't getting off as quick as he used to.... he was letting his hands go much quicker and faster in his fights with Corrales. His reflexes were gone... prime Castillo would have mauled Hatton. That's how I knew he was done.

I think it'll be a weak fight because Manny may not have the power to hurt De La Hoya... De La Hoya should accept a bigger challenge like Margarito.

I think that he's a douchebag.

I mean, obviously he just wants one last super pay day before callin it quits. And he'd like to win of course too.

He called out the winner of cotto/margarito, margarito won, who is much bigger then cotto, and he did it in an impressive way. He doesn't want to fight because he's mexican? bullshit. Julio Cesar Chavez was older and gave de la hoya a shot. TWO shots actually. He passed the torch so to speak. Oscar should do the same or fight someone his own size like Winky Wright for example. fuck oscar, I respect what he did over the course of his career but lately he's become no different then any other asshole promoter that only cares about money.

yeah no shit.

The last time Oscar beat up someone from the 135 pound division was Gatti. And Oscar looked huge. Nothing Gatti threw at Oscar even remotely hurt Oscar. That's what the size differential will do. Now, I still give manny a chance to win the fight cuz he's much more skilled then a guy like Gatti, but I doubt he'll be able to seriously hurt ODH. He'll have to win this on points.

I agree... I am losing respect for Oscar. He should take on Margarito and give him an opportunity... I guess it'll work out better for Clottey. Once Clottey knocks Zab out then we should see Margarito vs Clottey (if Margarito doesn't go after Paul Williams first)
