He should if he wants a big rookie contract. Because by next year they will probably enforce a rule where the NFL will prevent rookies from making so much money without playing a down.
Crabtree is a top 10 if not top 5 pick this coming draft.
there is no reason for him to stay....like dude said ...the nfl is going to have that rule passed that doesnt allow rookies to make huge money...crabtree will make huge money...he isnt that stupid to stay, tech will not be as good next year....
^^^ yessir. Crabtree said he wants to stay, but his father is telling him otherwise. Texas Tech will not be a top 20 team next year. They have a terrible running game. Graham Harrell will be gone and their defense just isn't very good. This kid is NFL ready.
You already know Detroit aint drafting him. Cinci won't draft him. St Louis won't draft him. All these teams have other important needs than a WR.

Titans need a QB....Kerry Collins aint fooling anyone & Vince Young is a huge bust so far discluding ROY award......Tennesse's record aint fooling me......There QB situation is not sewed up for the future.
And to this person who said Texas Tech has always had a terrible running game must have never seen Bam Morris & Byron Hanspard play back in the 90's.....I believe TTU ran a deifferent style offense back then but they those were two super bad backs back then too.
I was referring to him not going into the draft in '05 when the 9ers would have drafted him over Alex Smith. He woulda got paid alot more than he did being drafted #11.
^^^^ I'm talking about this decade. From what I hear TTU does have good freshmen recruits coming in. But this is about Crabtree. He needs to declare. His daddy will make him declare. He will either go to Seattle or Oakland unless someone trades up. Maybe we can trade Gore and move up if possible. Its not likely tho.
