I more or less sit down for 8 hours at work, so If I dont get at least 30 minutes daily of cardio I can't sleep well.

I sleep in my boxers and nothing else.

I use a silk topsheet and normal bedsheets / comforters.

When I lived in SF, Daly City, or Pacifica I would sleep with the windows open. Now that im in the East Bay its AC all the time, which I regret. I'd rather just leave the wiindow open, but its usually either hot, cold, or some fucked up combo.

My speakers underneath my TV emit a soft blue light, and my cell phone while charging does the same, so my room is almost dark, but I dont really have any preferences. I dont need total darkness, but I dont mind it either.

Thats my fucking ass i sleep with the fan on windows open 24/7/365 rain or snow

i second that. anyone thats ever lived with me or been around 2 see me pass out knows i just turn off. I can be in the middle of a conversation close my eyes and thats it. It never takes me more than 3/4 minutes to fall asleep. i dont have to think about it or nothin. just happens like waking up.

but i do have strict sleeping condition needs...

1. open window!! (preferably w/ a cold breeze i can feel blow over me)
2. no socks on! (preferably just my draws or nude)
3. sleep on my stomach
4. cant be hot and or stuffy in the room

I chew up 50 mgs of Seroquel then I put on this CD thats supposed to help you sleep thats got streams and sounds like that on it, it works, I pass out, sleepings not the hard part its the waking up i need help on

No socks, pillow between my legs, comfy blanket, hand in my boxers(my balls keep me warm), either head to the side or face down, silence or Background noise from the TV. If I can't sleep, I'll do like 30 push-ups, get a granola bar and some milk, wait 10 minutes then try to sleep. I'm an insomniac though!

I just need noise..usually some trippy pink floyd or something that's kinda hypnotic..and some dank. I used to take a bonghit before sleeping, but lately I've been taking small rips from the pipe and it's putting me to sleep better. Light isn't an issue..I can sleep in total light or total darkness, but once I'm awake, I'm awake. I've been known to wake up at 4, 5, 6, or even 8 in the morning and taking another hit to put me back to sleep. I've got terrible sleep habits.

On the bright side, I'm getting some vics any minute now and that will have me sleeping good for the next week :devious:

i cant have any noise or light....and i cant sleep with anything on.....nothing...and i talk in my sleep...and i guess im an asshole to my girl in the middle of the night.....haha..she says i wake up mad and bitchin at her about stuff...i do not remember this...also sometimes we have sex and i dont remember if it was a dream or real...i dont get this at all..except that im a hellllla deep sleeper...anyone else have this happen?
