I been browsing this board for like 2 years, i was a member of the old BART board, i just kept a low profile when it came to sports however i just got tired u havin Kobe's name all over, yes ur right, he did not deserve the MVP award your 100% right
i actually agree with SOME of the things u say bout Kobe ( he is cocky) but then i would be too if i had game like him:devious:

Answer me one thing, how are we wrong by saying he wouldn't win the award? Because we all agreed on that. Now, "Lets see you get out of this one" Hahaha.
Now this is for everyone reading the thread, just to clarify things just incase there are actually any people who believe this guys bullshit. Czar said we called Kobe to win the MVP, but we never did. We said he is the most valuable player in the NBA in a general sense; the same as saying he is the best player in the NBA. The MVP award is given to the person who performed the best that year, we all agreed he WOULD NOT win it, none of us thought he would. But over all as a player, he is the MVP in my our opinion. Czar wants so badly for us to have picked him so he could make this thread, its obvious seeing as how he made it even though no one picked him. All year he said he couldn't wait to make this thread to laugh in the face of everyone who picked him to win it but the thing was... nobody picked him Czar. Im sorry you didn't get to have your day like you wanted. Maybe if the Lakers don't 4-Peat you'll have something, alot of us DID predict that.

as far as kobe,if phil jackson wouldnt of put a leash on him,he would of won it..kobe not shaq started the laker turn around in december...he sparked all them wins..when they put the cuffs on him,his numbers dropped...so it was obvious he wasnt going to win it,,that leaves garnett who had less to work with from the get,,,,duncan is soft,and kobe and the lakers are gonna prove it,when we eliminate the spurs and thier star mvp and send them fishing....
lets not forget phil jackson put a leash on kobe,and he wanted kobe to be more of a play maker than a scorer...shaq was demanding to touch the ball more also...if it wasnt for that kobe would of still been lighting shit up..regardless lakers gonna elimanate the spurs and send them all fishing including thier star mvp.....:devious:

You act like its rocket science. Kobe has always and will always have the green light to shoot the ball, but I don't think thats exactly what Wicked is getting at. Kobe can score at will, anytime he wants a basket he will take it. I think Wicked is saying Jackson doesnt want that to be the case. In other words what he is saying is that Kobe could average 35-40ppg with ease and take that award, but he has his limits. As far as the green light phrase I used; that is refering to the timing that he shoots, he can do so whenever he wants. Wicked is refering to limits, as far as when it is to much. Sure, once he is at or around 30+ shots the light is going to turn yellow. If im not on point with what Wicked was implying then yes, I disagree with him. Im sure your going to try some gay ass way to twist this all around, but as long as everyone reading this understands then its all good.

We need to get on the same page? Dude, we don't agree just because were Laker fans... you basically just revealed the truth as to the claims I have made to some of you agreeing just to agree. Kobe can shoot whenever he wants, look at his shot count after these supposed incidents where Jackson and Oneal told him to pass the ball.... Its funny all the shit you talk on Kobe saying he is a "top 20 player" and you don't list him in any of your mvp voting threads, yet he finishes 3rd in the voting... THAT is being biased.
