Because that is only one aspect of a defensive game. Kobe also had over 2 steals per game, there are other catagories... Kobe had a better block average then all of the above names said.
Bowen had 1 good shooting night and your going to base your opinion on that one game? I can point out games where Artest, Iverson and even Ben Wallace all got lit the fuck up, whats your point?

Well here it is, All-NBA first team and First team defense, all you can say is its wrong? Bahahahahaha! I think "Biased" and "Hater" have become understatements.
Everyone is quick to say Kobe can't play defense because of certain games where his opponent scored high points, but thats the case for every good defensive player in the NBA, it happens. The only reason you guys see Kobe doing it is because you watch him under a fucking telescope waiting for something to talk about.
If you read between the lines of Czar's posts he's trying to give him props but can't get himself to directly say it, maybe it will ruin his reputation of a well know hater? Who knows...

Did Kobe guard Bowen today? I didn't watch the game but Kobe was listed as a forward so im assuming so. Bowen was 1-7 with 3 points for the entire game. Even if he didn't guard Bowen, Jackson was 3-12 with 9 points. Now that is some fucking defense. I bet you MB3 ain't sayin shit about a single game now...
I dont know about MB3, but neither Bowens nor Jackson are any type of scorers, so when Bowens erupted against Ko-Me for 27 points it was a big deal because Bowens doesnt really score for shit!! Now when Bowens or Jackson dont do much offensively that dont mean Ko-me is doin tight on defense because these 2 guys arent that good anyway!! Nice try nitro but he has to shutdown people better than that!! GOT EM!!!
I never said hobe is a bad defensive player but I also won't ever say that he belongs into the all nba first team cause that's a joke. But it's cool I don't got any problems with that if you're happy that hobe can defend Bruce Bowen who is one of the best offensive players ever then hobe really must be a good defender.
Really? Jackson dropped atleast 20 points in 4 out of the 6 games against Phoenix, thats not any type of scorer? "Nice try" but I don't think so. In roll the excuses just as I assumed. It doesnt matter who he is guarding, as long as they don't score. Sure Bowen had a lucky game... A lucky game. Happens to all great defenders.

I don't give a damn thing about what these nba analysts say. I can build me my own opinion without dependig on sum of these experts opinion. But it's ok as long as you still think that your favorite player is the best defender it's your opinion but I got my own opinion. And just because sum of these experts say he's in the all nba 1st defensive team I don't need to start kissing hobes ass as most of you guys do.
I never said he is the best defensive player you liar. No one expects you to kiss any ass, rather acknowledge it and not sit there saying its a joke for starters. no shit Jackson is a role player I never said he was a superstar I said he was a scorer there is a difference. role players can be scorers, Jackson has hit some major shots this year and that is a fact and why would I try to play up Jackson 2 make Kobe look good he ain't even guardin Jackson. more like are tryin to play down Jackson so u can talk shit if he doez good.
I dont need to play down Jackson or Bowen, cause neither of them are scorers!! They are simple role players for Duncan, who at times can hit some big shots!! But they aint scorers that can create their own shots and they rarely put up 20 plus points in single games, so no they arent considered scorers mane!! Just role players who Ko-Me shouldnt have a problem!! So when he does, then it looks hella funny feel me!! GOT EM!!!
