Theres scraps in every city in the bay, others are more visible than others, alot dont come out, unless they in rat packs, for example, in Redwood City, Around Target to Hanky Panky is all scraps, Mountain View got scraps hiding thruout apartment complexes, SJ got em on the east side too, last time i was there, the area around Valley Palms apartments (Lanai Lane x Tully) had quite a few as well.......
If the real gangbangers on here are so worried about scraps, dont worry about the 1s in ur "hood" go handle the 1s in others, and make the entire area scrap free

thats the thing. there are no norteno hoods in san jo that have scraps/ the scraps stay in rural areas of san jo that no one goes to and where theres not many homeboys. they stay hiding out in their apartments anyways. my whole side of san jo is scrap free.no hoods at all over here.i never see em out this way. but once u hit the east side there is some. so we usually go ride on scraps in the east and west. since north and south are scrap free
