Ima put it like this:
Good 4 wayne 4 gettin that paper but it aint hatin if real niggaz wanna pull hiz card. We're talkin bout a nigga that used to sport blue ragz, wearz skinny jeanz, kissez men on they mouf and just started 'bangin' in his 20'z. Aint no one on here 'hatin on damu rapperz'. I think we all just trippin off niggaz thinkin wayne iz a REAL one. I'm all for anybody, rips, mu's, ru'z and eses makin it in the biz but I dont now and never will checc 4 fake azz niggaz tryna rep somethin they dont know shit about and that real niggaz have died and gave they freedom for.
On a tracc called blood niggaz it should be all reputablez: Mitchy, Big June, Damu, Big Wy, Young Hootie. Niggaz like that, who aint never had they g status in question
100 !!!
Industry Bloods DOESNT = Street Bloods.
The problem is these guys in the mainstream have pull and want to keep their "status". So these guys like to play ping pong with each other... They wanna shout out sets and bang this and that... but you will hardly see them putting on someone they know will put them in their place about being real.
Like any street rapper tryna make it, some are humble and hungry enough to compromise with the fact these cats are NOT REAL, but can open the door for them and maybe others.
But if you call these guys out.. they may hold you back or even blackball you.
At the sametime, they TRY to have street cred, so they gotta reach out to certain people for that. (lil wayne).
Game brought Jim Jones to Compton and even to Billboard's funeral... has Jim Jones ever helped any artist out west do anything to further their career?
Him and Big Wy were suppose to set up Byrd Gang West, Big Wy and Billboard did a song aimed at Juelz Santana and Dipset bout being Bloods, but the tone changed when they talked about opportunity... but nothing came out of it.
from what I learned about the Lil Wayne situation is that people do wanna get at him and see whats up.. and some actually respect the fact he opened doors for Jay Rock and Glasses Malone (blue and damu division as well).
Again, you call out dudes that are big in the industry... they might shut you down on the opportunity part.
But as mentioned, alot of people died for representing Bloods (or any other set for that matter).. and for someone to use it as a fashion or a phase in their careers needs to be handled or atleast pay dues/respect.
