the courts should watch the episode of south park where they make fun of the whole concept of a hate crime. they should just convict ppl of battery or whatever crime they commited on another human being rather than bring in the whole "hate crime" card. it just keeps ppl divided the same way black ppl do when they say nobody should say nigga, except themselves cause theyre black
i go by the "it's replaced 'dawg'" view. if one of my white niggas from sac or the side was to call me sayin "wut it iz nigga" i wouldn't care, i would just say nada. only thing is, if a white person off the street would say it and i don't know wether they racist or wut, i wouldn't take it as dawg. thats just me tho
if he said it around them, i would watch they face before i did anythin, if they was actin like it was normal, i would assume thats a down white boy. if they shook they head or anythin like that, i would assume he's just tryna fit in and start talkin shit bout him. if they looked at him like he's stupid, i would pop him in his jaw
and, yes, cracker came from whip crackers. in the deep south, white folks call each other cracker like we say nigga. people now see it as racial because...well....iunno why. probably because its a scar on their history
