Like I already pointed out that video was from when pacquiao was a teenager, Floyd lost 6 times when he was a teenager mayne.
Mayweather had the luxury of growing up pretty well off and in the Olympics and shit, Pacquiao was a malnutritioned kid trying to survive and forced to fight to eat. I mean look at pac at 16:
I think that says more about pacquiao ONLY losing twice fighting grown men when he was in that kind of condition and only a teenager.

Floyd Mayweather Jr grew up in Grand Rapids Mi, the son of a former drug addict. His parents never married. Floyd Sr was merely a contender never making the big bucks of a defending world champion. Floyd Sr resorted to selling drugs & was sent to prison leaving Floyd Jr a fatherless son. Floyd grew up broke but was able to learn from the mistakes of adults that raised him & turn himself into a millionaire through hard work and dedication.

man, floyd grew up fine. His father was a boxer, his uncle made good money as a boxer, his mom was there for him and he has a huge family. Add to that floyd been in boxing gyms since he was about 2-3 years old, he was groomed to be a fighter from the beginning. Sure his father was a crackhead but he always had the support of a large family and someone always took care of him.
Compare that to a guy like manny who really didn't have much experience when he turned pro in order to eat, really there is no comparison. From where pac came from (the gutter & being homeless) from where floyd came from (a boxing family) it's pretty amazing pac is at where he is at today despite all the odds being against him.
On top of this, Pac continues to fight the best whereas floyd continues to take extended vacations and mini-retirements.

Usually its a win win for Mayweather cuz he backs up the shit talking in the ring but I don't him and Manny is gonna end up fighting if Margarito whoops his ass which what I thinks gonna happen. I said it before Mannys camp should never put in the stipulation to fine Mayweather 10 mil every pound he comes in over weight, that created all the bullshit that eventuality happened. That was something new to Manny and didnt feel comfortable drawing blood days before the fight which would make him fatigue in his case. He wanted the Nevada state drug testing which he was use to. That first attempt with Pussy Boys outrageous demands is what fucked it up.

Said yes to his random drug testing and when this nigga floyd found out pacman wasnt playing, Pussy boy decides to go on a year vacation? Talking about he about the money. Nigga would of cashed out big time for this fight and this nigga still refused.

there's 2 sides to every story. We don't know what was agreed on the 2nd time. Mayweathers camp said it was the same bullshit again not agreeing to less then 14 days which was what they wanted now and Mannys camp said everything was agreed to. It's all bullshit basically both camps hate eachother and can't agree on shit
