Mayweather Vs Ricky Hatton, Dec 8 [official!!]

December 8th.

Apparently, Hatton is deciding with Mayweather because a fight with De La Hoya means he would need to wait util next spring, which is something he isn't willing to do.

FLOYD MAYWEATHER
won 38 (KO 24), lost 0

RICKY HATTON
won 43 (KO 31), lost 0

I gotta give Ricky credit. A fight with de la hoya would likely mean more money and probably a much bigger chance of winning against old Oscar, imo.

I just don't see Mayweather losing this fight though. He's too fast. Maybe Hatton's clinching and blows to the body could frustrate Floyd though. We'll see!

I think Hatton's got a better shot at Mayweather than De La Hoya or any other Welterweight champ. Those other guys are simply too big for him.
On the other hand, I think Hatton has the best shot at beating Mayweather. Those other guys aren't aggressive enough.

You have to favor Mayweather in this fight, but Hatton has a better shot than most are willing to give him.
In fact I'm picking him to pull off the upset....

Floyd in a UD...by about 3 points on each card.

If Hatton holds this whole fight, and isn't penalized, I hope Mayweather bites his ear off.
They're both clinchers.
I wonder who's going to win that battle....

Hatton aint gonna be ready to have to outwork PBF, same thing that happened to DLH. If u never had to outwork an opponent its a big shocker when u step into the ring as a champion n find out u aint fast enough or strong enough to use ur normal gameplan. all that punch n hug shit gonna get the brit in trouble

I think you gotta outbox Mayweather to beat him. Zab was giving him a hard time by boxing him. You gotta beat him to the punch. Hatton is fast so he has a shot but I still see Floyd winning somehow. I don't think it would be boring though...

NOBODY (at least not supposed ''top tier'' fighters) clinches like Hatton does. Floyd'll move around, make him miss all night, and pot-shot him all night.

I think Hatton KO'ing Castillo is a bad thing in this fight...because it should make Floyd more aware of his body shots (which I'm sure he was already aware of...). He won't let Hatton bully him, so I got Floyd in a UD.

On another note...we need to start a campaign for Floyd, helping him choose an ''anthem'' the supporters in the crowd can sing together when he makes his entrance.

Hatton has that fucking ''bluuuuuuuuuuuuuue moon!'' shit...and Floyd should get something, to throw him (and that bunch of drunkin' euros) for a loop.

LOL...

PBF will obviously be the favorite for the fight. Hatton has a ton of heart and is just as if not stronger that Mayweather. Mayweather has the hand speed and will look to throw quick combos and counters. Round 8 KO, my money is on Hatton!!!!!
