Shit was acceptable back then in that area. We base our government and all of the west in fact off of Greece (Athens) and they espoused sexual relationships with young boys, killed babies in druken orgies etc. We think our forfathers were the perfect Americans and they had slaves, killed natives, and were adulterers. The Mohammad, Aisha (sp) shit is a stupid argument.
Also the catholics are responsible for millions of more people being dead througout history and much of the plight in non-European countries. At least the Muslims were staying over in there section of the world, but partly due to the Western religions' insatiable greed to steal and fuck over everybody in the world you have Muslim assholes spreading their shit around.
Many priests were celibate because they were secretly gay. Now why should I believe in or fuck with a religion where the supposed fools who've dedicated their lives to God are really deviant, on the low bitches, tryna hide their earthly wants and needs behind a robe? And the Vatican has allowed this bs for centuries. But lets not forget the Catholicism came out of Ancient Rome, a sick and depraved place that only adopted Christianity because no matter how many Christians they fed to the lions they couldn't stop it. Yeah the ghost dance was a ritual some native americans practice way back when...it was basiclly the last desperate attempt to save their people and their way of life so Im ah keep it lit for um...heres a little quick read on it

I agree... but they control Christianity almost completely... A lot of records pertaining to the bible are stored in the Vatican... I honestly don't understand following anyone when it comes to religion... How someone can be concrete in their beliefs without knowing everything is beyond me... Then taking that belief, and using it to inflict pain and suffering on another life, feeling justified is pure ignorance at it's best...
The Mohamed, Aisha thing is important. Not because it means Mohamed was a pervert. He did what people did back then and it was normal. It's important now because there's people and entire nations that believe that because Mohamed did it, it's ok now.

The funny thing to me is that I believe walking on water is fucking impossible and I'm just a normal person on this site. I also believe riding a fucking horse up to heaven is impossible. Now suddenly I'm a racist, or at the very least I hate Muslims? Why can't I think Islam is just as full of shit as Christianity and still have close friends of both religions?
Why should Muslims get any kind of special treatment at all? Because they're more likely to kill you for "offending" them? Religions cannot demand tolerance and return intolerance. Like I said before, grow the fuck up. You're not special, you're just another group of people that believe in a person doing impossible things. People will make fun of your deity because that's what people do. Don't go around killing people because of it.
