They would have to have some unbelieveable help in the form of injuries and 2 or 3 off-nites from the winner of the Lakers/Spurs series and then more of the same from New Jersey. But basically no. The playoffs are just too intensive and physically demanding to pop in without your star player. It would take a miricle.

Could the Spurs do it without Duncan or the Lakers without either Kobe or Shaq?
