Walters is too lead foot. He has no mobility whatsoever and by seeing what Vince Young did this year, i think an emphasis will be coming back to the mobile QB.

Well, when your OL has you RUNNING all the time, then yes, a mobile QB is needed. If Walters is a statue back there, give his ass some time to throw the damn rock!

Nah, think about the way Oakland drafts. They'll trade down the 1st pick and take the best available athlete that comes up, regardless of what they NEED. That said, Marshawn could stay in the Bay.

yeah but plays will break down no matter how good your line is and walters can't scramble for shit. He's just a big sitting duck back there. Don't get me wrong, he has a big arm but I don't think he's the raiders solution at QB.

the raiders should take brady quinn at number one, then trade moss for a 1st rounder and get marshawn. that'd be the shit.
i agree, but i rather have troy smith, or that WR from USC if the raider go that draft that way

personally I think if the raider's pick him up and allow him to either start or split carries (like bush) that he'll give a VERY MUCH NEEDED spark to the offense....think about it.....a bay area bred boy....goes to oakland tech, cal berkeley (the city next to oakland) then drafted to the raiders? shits like a dream come true and he would be so excited to play that his excitement should spark the rest of the O.....

I'm still against oakland picking a qb as the #1 pick......but as long as they don't draft and O-lineman with their first pick then its ok

I thought his on-field demeanor was pretty horseshit when they played Washington (I remember him slowing down considerably and taunting when he was scoring).

But whatever, if you're better than everybody else you can get away with that kind of stuff. He's a great player.
