Pretty cool:

Thousands of Filipino fans got together to watch the showdown between Philippine hero Manny Pacquiao and Brandon Rios at the Tacloban Convention Center turned evacuation center in Tacloban, Leyte province, central Philippines. Filipinos in the storm-ravaged city of Tacloban joined the nation in celebration after watching Pacquiao defeat Rios via unanimous decision in a comeback fight he dedicated to victims of Super Typhoon Haiyan. The match took place in Macau, China.

Now tht fight last night was Rios getting an ass whooping by Pacquio. Not like this nigga CZAR says Floyd did with Canelo. Floyd gave Canelo a boxing lesson but did not give him an ass whooping.

Dude a ass whooping is a ass whooping. Floyd gave Canelo an ass whooping. Canelo is far more a better opponent than Rios also so whats your point? Do u think Manny would give Canelo an ass whooping? I would like to see it. Got Em!!

I'm glad Manny Pacquiao won...Brandon Rios doesn't deserve to be on the big stage...no disrespect but it's the truth. Good job to Manny for taking a punch and not wavering. So now with the feel good fight out of the way...I did notice when the announcer asked "What or who's next" Pacquaio responded with "I don't know...whoever my promoter wants me to fight." He had the chance to call out Floyd Mayweather TO THE WORLD and he hesitated...even if he felt he wasn't ready he should have seized the moment...he didn't. Think about this SERIOUSLY...Timothy Bradley calls out Mayweather, so does...Devon Alaxander, Amir Khan, Canelo Alvarez had to forced Oscar Dela Hoya to do it early...the only time Manny does call out Mayweather is when he (Manny) is locked into a fight and speaks on it during promotional time for that fight...afterwards he goes back to the "Ask my promoter" stick.

Pacquiao has done that his whole career. So does Miguel Cotto. Lot's of guys do, you're over thinking it.
The difference with Miguel Cotto is...he made the moves necessary to make the fight happen...his action were louder than his words...I don't get that sence with Manny Pacquaio in regards to making the fight with Floyd Mayweather.

Well Floyd said the only way he'd fight Pacquiao is if Pacquiao signs with TMT. Obviously Pacquiao isn't going to make a move to that crappy team.

But The Bay Area @The Bay Area he does have a point. when Manny was a free agent last year, he could have signed a one or two fight deal with GBP to fight Floyd. But even then, what would Floyds excuse be cuz even before the promo companies were going at it they could have made the fight possible. The truth is, they can still fight now but now Floyd has come up with 5 excuses to not fight Manny

When Manny Pacquiao was a FREE AGENT he signed back with Top Rank SO FAST you knew he wasn't trying to see squat with Floyd Mayweather...look he could have worked out a deal with Floyd over the phone besides saying, "I want 50/50", then handing the phone back to his adviser. Manny ducked a signed contract (Floyd signed his half) over RBT DRUG TESTING, Manny ducked a May 5th date over the infamous "CUT", Manny ducked the FREE AGENT ROUT by signing back with Top Rank and avoiding Mayweather altogether. battle619...I've been on this boxing thread long enough to notice people's particular tendencies and with you I notice your evasiveness, and shiftiness so if you do respond to these points please stay on topic without switching to another argument...

You are displaying a selective memory as to why the fight is not happening...the point your making is WAAAAAY after the fact of many facts that #teampac has avoided Mayweather to where Floyd is probably tired of the Manny Pacquiao issue and saying stupid shit at this point dealing with the TOP RANK CIRCUS OF CLOWNS...you say they are both at fault for not making the fight and I say give me one SOLID FACT that Floyd is in any way shape or form to blame for this historic blunder...the blame is 100% on Bob Arum and company.

My point is saying shit in front of the camera does nothing. Pacquiao could say he wants to fight Mr T next and it means nothing. The only thing that matters is what happens behind the scenes off camera.

If you think Arum was 100% at fault, meaning Floyd and others (Oscar, Schaefer, Al Haymon, Todd DeBouf, Michael Koncz, HBO) had ZERO PERCENT involvement in this then somewhere you lost the plot homie. It took a group of egotism on epic proportions to fuck this up.
