I asked my friend bout that the first time I seen it, and he said in the beginning of each episode the dude explains the cameramen are there but they have no interaction with each other at all. he even said once the dude was almost drowning and the guys didnt do anything to save him. they just recorded it like nuthin.

he got hella sick from some drinking dirty water incosta rica mainly cause he didnt boil it. but he was all good after macking rotton zebra, various bugs, living salmon, among other wild treats on the first season.

i seen it last night like a part when i woke up efore i turned the tv and he was somewhere cold and had like snow and ice... he had caught a fish from the icy water.. was holding it then took a bite out that bitch... hahhaa i was like what the fuck

for those talkin about his camera crew... they're actually highly trained survival professionals too. even though they aint holdin the camera the whole time (some times Bear does), they still travel the same way he does--on foot. He was on Operah talkin about in season 1, he lost 7 camera men while filming. Thats some shit.

Anyone see him eat that sheep's eyeball last episode... bit that shit like it was a jalopeno popper
