My point is, its somewhat of a double standard. Its OK to kill a fetus, get paid for it and not get charged. Kill a fetus, without her knowing, get damn near a century in jail. The two differences are consent, and "expertise".

I think if he wanted an abortion he should of told her, if she didn't want one then he should of dumped her, but we know she'd be hitting him up for child support so he did what he had to do. A womans body is her body, if she wants a baby then she should be able to have it, if she doesn't want one same thing. But its his financial situation, if he doesn't want to pay for another baby he shouldn't have to and she should accept that.
