ORANGE COUNTy, Fla. -- A 13-year-old girl's sexual shenanigans have put a second man behind bars. Morris Williams, 22, told the judge he thought the girl was 18-years-old, but he found out Tuesday that ignorance is not a defense.

Morris Williams' mother wailed as he went off to jail. The judge asked for media not to show 13-year-old Alisha Dean's face in court, but her pictures are all over her MySpace page and they portray a sexy, 19-year-old divorced woman.

"She told me she had just turned 18," Williams said.

Williams said Dean picked him up on the street and after a few conversations they had sex. When he heard she was not 18, he went to her father.

"He was like 'well, she's 13,'" Williams said of a conversation with Dean's father.

Williams said he never did it again, but Dean has done it before with 24-year-old Darwin Mills. Mills was sentenced to five years in prison.

Dean's father wanted Williams to join Mills there.

"One of the reasons for the law is the fact that minors have poor judgment," said Jerry Dean, the girl's father.

Williams' father believes the jail sentence sends the wrong message to Alisha.

"I guess we just sit back and count how many after this," Henry Smith asked after his step-son was sentenced to jail.

Dean's family admits Alisha still stays out late and has yet to delete her misleading MySpace page.

Williams will serve six years probation with the first year in jail. The other five years he will have to wear an ankle monitor. His attorney says he will come back to court to ask again for a shorter sentence.

And this kind of thing will continue to happen as long as the law doesnt punish females for lying. Its perfectly legal for underaged girls to lie about their age and trick a dude into committing statutory rape. These girls know exactly what theyre doing. Dont even kick the, "he shouldve checked her I.D" bullshit. How many people realistically check the ID of anyone that they talk to?
They really need to make a law against young females lying about their age to trick dudes into committing statutory rape.

Real talk, he's sayin that minors have poor judgement cuz his daughter's a hoe and he's obviously an unfit parent. I know for damn sure, if I was put in that situation by my daughter, it'd be over for her freal. She sure as hell wouldn't still have that page up and be stayin out late and bout to do that shit again. Especially at no damn 13.

I'm thinking rthe law ain't changing any time soon. They're not gonna start charging minors that mislead adults, because well, that doesn't make sense in a simple sort of way.

So, cats just need to be on guard when any chick even comes close to not looking legal. I seen 30 year olds look like 17 year olds, and 13 year olds look like 18 year olds. It's confusing as hell, but you got to be smart about this shit. There are a lot of tell tale signs when someone is a youngster and you need to just not fuck the first time you meet them and you might catch a sign or two.

Co-sign. The way the law looks at situations like this is bullshit. Its obvious that this girl was going around looking for older dudes to fuck, not the other way around.

She and her parents should be held responsible for trying to persuade someone to commit a crime.

Give it another few years into the future when the "look but dont touch" law will give you a fine and community service under the DFRESH77 Act.

If we gotta ask to check for ID's we might as well start paying an extra tax kind and get some kind of royalty pay for having to act like a bouncer and a bartender. And how could you check Id on myspace n shit....
