tranquilizers take forever to kick in, and even then the animal may look out of it then tear up the people as soon as they walk up to catch it. they had no choice. if anybody should take blame its the coward who offed himself after he let all the animals loose

ya that would be tragic but the such small number of say tigers on earth is worth the risk I believe.
