obviously that above was an outright lie because a couple weeks later he announced his candidiancyship (sp) and announced his official slogan (which still has me confused) "vote no on the recall and yes on bustamante"

now how can you vote for bustamante without voting yes on the recall??? it doesnt make sense.
maybe just like you, things have changed for Bustamante? He wants democrats to run cali, instead of a republican, so this is the chance....besides dems needs someone to compete against Arnold.

isn't there two ballots or something? one for the recall and another for a govenar? ... i dunno

secondly i recently spoke with my uncle and aunt who are from Fresno, whose kids grew up going to the same Catholic Private School as Bustamantes kids did. they also knew him very well and used to socailize them him and his wife all the time at church functions very well. so lets just say they were friends. well according to them as soon as he went to Sacramento he no longer knew them. when he would come back for school and/or church events/functions he would walk right past them as if they did not even exist.

so to me this is a perfect reason to change my mind on him
damn thats fucked up....but then again your story is bias, we wont know what really went down unless we talk to Bustamente.

gotta let both parties speak, before one judges right?

what do you mean they have a liberal in Arnold. Arnold is a Republican by name only, he is really a liberal.

not sure exactly how it is going to work.

i thougt it was if you vote yes on the recall then you vote for who you want to replace DAvis.

if you vote no on the recall than thats it. you dont vote for any1 else.

Y'all still on fuckin political first base with your "parties". Who cares if a "Democrat" or a "Republican" wins. This is such a preschool mentality. The government of America has unfornately turned into a game of stickball, in which you're either "republican" or "democrat". People are actually less interested in what actually goes down legislation-wise then whether or not the writer of the bill is a Republican or Democrat.
