Ricky Williams looked every bit the best player on the field the last time the Dolphins were together for one of their offseason practices. He ran with authority, he showed quickness, and he never let himself shift out of top gear, even in drills that didn't mean much. Williams, with cartoon superhero muscles bulging out of his jersey sleeves, caught the eyes of anyone paying attention. No wonder he was the only player Dolphins football czar Bill Parcells congratulated with a fist bump as he was coming to the sideline after one workout.

Do you notice that your the only one who thinks white is better then fargas? So according to your logic fargas' success is due to the o-line scheme as you say, then wouldn't that make sense that he will have another successful season?
All your going to see from white for the remaining of his career if he can stay healthy is 3.5- 4.0 ypc, 1,000-1,400 seasons. Numbers that are not bad at all, but he will never be an elite back. He's simply not explosive enough. In college he could overpower and run through defenders, he can't do this in the nfl and this has been shown.

Ricky Williams WAS a better back then Lendale White.....NOW? ahha, dood is a fucking joke....he wasn't even a DECENT player in the CFL...nevermind a major factor..I think he was the second or third string player at his position in the NFL.....he's done for...he was hype his first couple of years and thats it....he is a fucking wreck...for u to even suggest that he's better then Lendale shows how spaced u are.....as for the White-Fargas argument.....White is and will be better..Physique doesn't tell the whole story and neither do stats(40 times?lol) and all that other mess which could be classified as BULLSHIT....some guys are monsters in the weight room/gym and show a lot of POTENTIAL and don't do shit....ie.Tony Mandarich,Ryan Leaf....pick a wr/rb EVERY SINGLE YEAR..Lendale White plays within his limits and is a smart player with good all around skills...sure he isn't as electrifying as Fargas...but Napoleon Kaufman was pretty good too, where's he at(I know he's old anyways)...Id take White over Fargas anyday....fat or no fat..Charles Barkley was pretty doggone fat too, but I seem to remember him being an MVP and one of the best scorers/rebounders of his era...If u can play, u can play
charles barkley don't play football and I think if he did he'd get smashed.....fargas is middle to high middle tier running back. lendale white isn't even an every down player, he isn't better and will not be better, I'm suprised he even got drafted where he did, I thought he was a 2nd day pickup if you ask me........NO LENDALE WILL NOT BE NO LARRY JONHSON OR FRANK GORE, two baccs who are built on power but that's not all they got, they got skills. what has lendale proven to where he is better....I don't see it...
white ain't gonna do it, face it. he might be a nice addition to somebody else but no way will he be a featured bacc. and no way is better than fargas. unless you at the training facility succin' on lendale's nut sacc while he's eating a whopper running the treadmill than you should be going off his stats because watching him play isn't anything spectacular.
people are making bold predicitons that lendale could be the titans all time leading rusher by the end of his career...

i can tell you he is way better then travis henry that had a good ass season in tennessee....lendale gots quick feet outta the backfield and is the priority to opposing Ds no matter how much anybody wants to argue that...once the titans find that wideout or something else that can strech the field and keep the safteys back.....lendale whites number will explode.....
