I set it to All Pro, and then adjust the sliders. I find setting it to All-Madden makes the game cheat to provide more "challenge." Players start sliding to make blocks and tackles, that sort of thing. Setting it to All Pro makes the game play more realistically, amd adjusting the sliders makes the game easier or more difficult.

his 1st win it was pure luck! Smith fumbled the ball..we went OT..

and in OT he took a FG from 35 yards because he couldn't score on me lol..

2nd game I served him to show him who his daddy is..

the 3rd game I picked the NYG Offense (pretty weak) to test out and yeah he beat me...48 to 32...

yesterday I won all 3 games lol....
