if you dont get caught up in being reminiscent lynch by inch is the best album
2 cds, all reminiscent of other albums

i never even liked loaded like that...alot of people jumped the bandwagon cuz they started smokin weed around that time..
bleeding house mystery was a more intense song than any song on any lynch album

lynch changes his style up tenfold on this shit. i dont think people realized that shit. you heard the baby killer side of lynch but not the suicide side. theres a complete different topic inbetween wanting to kill kids and wanting to kill yourself. side 2 was heavy as fuck. it might be because i was on some serious drugs when i was playin this shit, but i think alot of yall didnt relate cuz you was in a cool place when you heard it...when you heard season or loaded u was gettin faded..u mighta grew up...
"tried to shoot" was a deeper song than anything lynch has ever spit as far as im concerned. hes dealing with how his children would react, to me thats a totally turn of maturity and something we all dont get to hear
the end of the song is a kid saying "daddy, what are you doing? how come youre not talking to me"
killing babies was playful shit, and bieng on that smoked out a pound of weed on a briefcase was some other shit, he seriously spoke up on this.
everyones the type of person who loves the first albums and cant let go.
i didnt even like loaded like that. it was like lynch knew he could make some slow g funk songs off de's beats and pass it off to yall without trying to hard.
loaded came out, i was still listening to xraided cuz i found it too mainstream g-funk type shit.

I disagree 100000 percent. THe difference between SODS and Loaded is HUGE. The atmosphere, his delivery, his context, his concepts...all very different from SODS.
When i listen to SODS now, i think of how retarded it was. Lyrically, he says some redudnant and boerderline corny shit...plus the whole "sicc" personna wore thin after the 3rd song.
