LSU is a 3 1/2 point favorite. They also have a fully healthy offense and a strong defense that plays in a hard conference and a harder schedule. LSU has played a few teams of Ohio St.'s calibur this season.

Ohio St. is 0-8 vs SEC teams in Bowl games.
Weak schedule compared to LSU.
Their defense and run offense wins games.
Passing game is mediocre at best.

i like this ohio state team. especially their running game with the two wells(beanie/maurice) tailbacks and their behemoth offensive line.

james laurinaitis, vernon gholston, and malcolm jenkins anchor their nasty defense.


but i'm picking the bayou bengals to win.

glenn dorsey, tyson jackson, ali highsmith, craig steltz are a very disciplined defense, and i think they'll contain the buckeyes' rushing attack.

the dual quarterback system of matt flynn and ryan perriloux will keep ohio states' defense on its toes, especially due to the fact that both show ability of being dual threat quarterbacks.

LOL. Look at the poll since Ohio St got the lead.

It ain't over til its over.

Illinois runs the same spread offense as LSU, but the QB has an option to keep it himself, pitch it or throw it.

LSU's offense is more potent than any offense Ohio St has ever played this season.
