you need to READ what i said ...nothing in there was disrespect. Its the same as when dre died...people love you more when your gone...as with anyone and thats what I meant.
its still kinda fucked up to make that assumption though bro....everyone is payin there respects to the dude and you say they aint even been in here....it just kinda seemed disrespectful in my view......but what ever its all good thats not even a concern right now :(

Sol, I feel ya...

Once i heard about it... it gave me a real odd tingly feeling. Like I said in another post, I met Wood in 98 or so... close to 99 and we did plenty of business together. He was real respectful and always had a soft spot for friends and associates. In recent times, we didn't talk a whole lot, as I drifted away from music, but I still had major love for Wood. I'll miss him...

my fondest memory of Woodie?

9/11/01 .... I'm layin in bed... and I get a call from Wood... "Are you watching the news!!!!!" .. I say naw I'm sleeping... "We're under attack! they just attacked the Trade Center!"

He was fired up and on guard lol... said he had his arms... and was ready for the war. It was hilarious to the extent that he woke me up and had to tell me. Right then and there I knew he had major love for me.

THAT'S A CLASSIC STORY OF WOOD, KEITH.. SOUNDS JUST LIKE MY DUDE.. I KNOW YOU AND HIM WERE DUMB CLOSE. HE WAS JUST ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE THAT HAD A REAL GENUINE LOVE FOR THE PEOPLE HE LET IN THAT CIRCLE.

I GOT THE NICK-NAME WOODROW FROM YOU MAN.. I THOUGHT THAT WAS HILARIOUS WHEN I SAW YOU CALLIN HIM THAT SO I STARTED CALLIN HIM THAT TOO..

I'M GONNA GET VERY DRUNK FOR OUR BOY. THIS SHIT AINT RIGHT.

lol! man we gotta hold it down and remember the great and fun times rather than dwell on the loss. I know he'd want us to rejoice and keep his memory alive through the funny stories and situations. He'd call me and and be like ... "keeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeiith" slurrr my name as he was ripped off some coke and rum... "wassup broooo, how you been.... I need a cover...." This dude would call me at 2am sometimes! lol man I'll cherish those memories.
