I know this house well and have heard all kinds of stories about the previous owners, possible loan fraud etc. It was only a matter of time before this home went to foreclosure. It's the type of home that will usually rent for around $7K per month. What usually happens in these situations is the owner is just trying to make some money before the home gets foreclosed on and they lease the home to whoever regardless of credit score etc... When the person they rent it to finds out it's going to foreclosure they often stop paying the rent right away or they may know their rental rights and try to stay in the home as long as possible for free...

Clearly there's a scam going on so I doubt you'll see Jayo in there for much longer. It's probably a $1.7M house so Jayo ain't living bad for now...

if that shit would have happened before ray j threatened to have fabolous raped in his asshole, it would have defintely got hella more buzz, i think i saw this on the front page of sohh.com tho
