@Robrize You are free to do whatever you like during your rap career. No one is telling you to pay anybody. Helping each other is one thing, and believe me, ive helped many many many artists along the way....but why do u really believe that Lonely Boy should travel 180 miles Roundtrip just to come do a verse outta his pocket? That dont make sense. And believe me...i dont know how HUGE the artist name is who you would come outta pocket to put them on your album has to be, but i guarantee you that no HUGE artist would do no 100 dollar verses.
@Silent Lonely is an artist for Strong Arm Management. Aint no middle man when u trying to deal with my label or artists. I would love to yell out "support the homies" but instead, thats what i do. Too many homies trying to make music. You cant help out everybody. Whos helping me?

People dont understand that the music business is a business. Artists are brands. Some artists are in charge of their own business "themselves". That mean they can run their business how they want. Buy whatever they want. Give away whatever they want. I have never seen a successful business that gives away their product.

@ serg thats just my opinion i realize music business is A business by all means everyone has thier own business practices And the rap game is flooded right now....so if smiley wants to pay another artist than thats his business im saying me personally been in this shit way to long

i think thats why we have way to many rappers in the bay lol...everybody doing verse and tracks for free to help some one out lol...maybe if artist charge a lil it will weed out all these free projects going around...i think every rapper should charge something at least...i bet i can come on here and say i gunna put a comp toghter ..and watch and see how many free tracks i can get lol....pay for the shit....just m.o
