Yeah 4 realz I hear cripz say that but I've heard Mexicans say that a lot longer. Listen N watch shit from back in day wit Mexican homies N they use that term, mostly in Los but even in the North a lot of the ol skoolaz use it. Me N a couple of homies of mine I use 2 pull some moves wit had a lil crew we called L.O.C - Locced Out Crew cuz we wuz out doing some krazy azz shit.

I'VE NEVER HEARD A MOBSTA USE THE TERM LOC SO I DISCARDED THEM FROM THE LIST. BUT FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR ARGUMENT MOBS BEEN AROUND THE LONGEST. AND CRIPS STARTED IN 1969, NORTENOS WERE STARTED IN THE LATE 70'S EARLY 80'S.
Nortenos being "started" just means they broke off from something else, and that was in 1968 I believe. Aside from that, Northern California had street gangs before 1969 but they didnt denote themselves necessarily as Nortenos yet. "Crips is the oldest gang"... who lied to you man? Lets not forget that this whole state was once a part of Mexico and therefore heavily influenced by and populated with Mexicans. The gang pedo started and developed most rapidly in Los Angeles with roots as far back as the late 1800's.
