i was raised in new orleans then i moved back to the bay and i know for a fact that there was no bloods out there period or any gang in new orleans. i stay'd in the 9th ward by the Florida and Desire projects and never once heard of anybody gangbangin in new orleans.

Gang bangin goes way deeper than just colors.It has alot to do with social status and family structure.Minority groups or ppl with no family structure have and will always find a way to fill a void in thier life or find a way to risist aginst the powers that be.Its happened like that threw the history of man in every country around the world and it aint gonna change no time soon.
