yeah it is pretty cheap out here. i got a two story condo: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom(both w showers), washer n dryer, new stove, built in microwave, dishwasher, deck, ceiling fans in every room, walk in closets, attic space, tile and new carpet. All for 650 between 3 ppl :knockout:

Yea I got hella fam up in Yakima, its cheap as fuck, then again theirs not many jobs up their.... as far as yak norteno goes, I know they have funk with each other, the veteranos, La Raza, and Villain Gang, its stupid up their, I have fam in Raza and Villains, and they cant even kick it.
