I just think it's a totally ignorant thing to say when trying to call a rap awards show racist. Make good music = winning awards. And if you really want to win an award that no other race can win i.e. Latin Artist of The Year, then you're selling yourself short as an artist. That's like winning the Minor League World Series, in which nobody gives a shit about. Of the people taken off the list for the Latin of the Year Award, do you think any of them had a fighting chance in other categories? The only one I could see at least get a nomination would be for Davinas album.
