C.S. I dig where u comin from. 4 Sho. Now the majors DO have plain covers but the difference is... QUALITY. Ur idea is no worse then any1 else's but that (those) pic(s) is laccin quality. I suggest doin a photo shoot with the Mobstas. That'll go a long way. Then when u go 2 the designer u give him more 2 work with. Every1 on that cover has a different amount of light on their face. Also, niggas got wierd expressions on their faces. Al least if yall do a shoot 2gether yall can look like yall belong 2gether. I know Baby Ant aint out here but a lil creativity can fix that right up. Yall can work all kind of twists with a solo pic of him over the rest of yall, or under, or 2 the side or something. 2 me a good pic is worth 100 tomes more than a lot of computer generated graphix that's why Pac, Dre, Emiem ect can get away with it. Ultimately it's ur call & I respect that, I'm just puttin my 2 cents in on how I think it could improve. Much love & respect my nigg.

Ok, now we're gettin' somewhere. I see the main thing from everyone's perspective is the pics.
First, I posted the cover in low resolution, so the quality is way better than you guys see.
2nd, like E said Baby Ant is locced up right now. So we did have a photo shoot but we couldn't take them together cuz Baby Ant ain't here. He's going to be out before the album comes out, so we probably we'll do a photo shoot all together. We really just did this cover to advertise on the "In The Ghetto World" soundtrac.
My first concept of this cover was to show diff. sides of the game. Like my flic was going to be a jail mugshot, Baby Ant's would be a banged out flic, Floyd's flic would've been gettin' at a hoe like was going to put her on the trac, Mar-Dog was going to be at a car window makin' a sell, and Mic Loc's was going to be at a table with a triple beam (all part of the game). But sometimes people try to do TOO MUCH, and put too much on it, and come off lookin' funny style, so I'm cool with it bein' plain.
All suggestions will be taken into consideration though ya'll. Much love.

C.S. I feel u on the point of people aren't lookin @the cover as much when they're deciding what 2 spend on, but I think a "generic" cover DEFINATLY can lose u sales.
As a consumer, if I wanna buy something by referal, especially if I've never heard of the artist, & the cover looks like they didn't care, that's the opinoin I'll take 2 their music. If I have heard of an artist, then it don't matter as much.
I know u'r known already but, when it's time 2 step up 2 the next level (when people r really gettin wind of u & most of them have never heard of u) this kinda thing is VERY important. It needs 2 go beyond "I like this & that's that" & b evelated 2 "what's gonna b as eye catching as the music is ear catching". Everybody is watching & when we step out Dago needs 2 have ALL areas covered so the world will know that we're just as professional, maticulous, driven,& dedicated as any other city in the world.

That's some REAL talk Ecay... that cover is ok to me, but it looks rushed. It looks like you guys didn't spend much time on the cover, so like Ecay said, you might not have spent that much time on the music... now obviously I know with your music that isn't the case, but sometimes even if I like somebody, if I see a weak or unappealing cover, I still won't touch it. The situation with the people on the cover is understandable, but I still say to try something new. If that doesn't work out you got a backup...that's just my advice. If you keep it of course I'm still gonna support, just tryin to help where I see fit. Grant Theft
