This nigga in jail complaining about drinkin tap water.

It's people on the planet that have NO WATER and you complaining about drinkin tap water? But it's crazy because he's asking to go into general population, so this could be a case of him just being really cramped. Oh well, you were convicted and now you gotta sit man (unless you pay off the right parties.)

Umm you'll be out of fighting shape in less than 3 weeks.
And how long does it take you to get in fighting shape? 3 years? Hell no.

And no one gives a fuck about him being out of fighting shape. There are plenty of people who were convicted where jail time took it's toll. Look at the guy who was recently released from like a 5 or 10 year prison term (I can't remember for how long) for RAPE that he didn't even do. This cat was on his way to the NFL, dreams crushed because a bitch lied, and he's freshly out and looking to get a try out with the nfl. You speakin as if Floys body is gone turn to jelly. It isn't. He needs to sit his ass down and do the time.

He shouldn't get any special treatment. If a fuckin scientist goes to jail you think the system gives a fuck if he doesn't get books on quantum physics? Hell fuck no. You think people gave a shit about Rae Carruth and him being able to play football when he gets out? Hell fuck no. Did anyoen give a fuck about Mike Vick and his arm? Nope. The system is not there to cater to Floyd.

Have you trained before? It definitely takes awhile to get back into shape just to train to get INTO fighting shape. Obviously you've never trained a day in your life homie. I can miss 3 weeks from training and I will be dying once I get back. Whether boxing, muay thai, bjj, etc it don't matter. 90 days is a long ass fucking time to go without training like a professional athlete trains. And you can't compare football to boxing. Not even close.

I don't give a shit about fair or non-fair treatment, serving his time, etc. I'm speaking from the aspect of a fighter missing time the gym. 90s days is long as fuck.

Me training or you training has NOTHING to do with anything. When he took a fuckin VACATION he wasn't training. He played basketball, but I'm sure Floyds walk around weight is not 147. So what if 90 days is a long time? It is not going to take him a YEAR to get back in shape or FIGHTING SHAPE.

And yes, you can compare football to boxing. Football players work out just as hard as boxers, what are you talking about?

But who cares tho, so just because he is a boxer they should give him house arrest? I see what u r saying, but who gives a fuck, he need to do his time and figure shit out the best way he know how. We all got friends and family in jail and prison doing years and this nigga crying about 90 days because he not gonna be in boxing shape. That's life, and life is what you create, and he created this.

I clearly said I don't give a shit about his sentence.

And no, football players do not train as hard as boxers do. If you don't believe me i'm sure you'll believe my big homie John Taylor, former wide receiver and 3 time superbowl champion with the 49ers. Me and him have discussed this before. Boxers, especially at Floyds level, blow every athlete out of the water.

Floyd main concern is his calorie intake. He needs to eat 3000 to 4000 calories a day to maintain. I'm a lil nigga too, and believe me that no easy task. Which is why he needs to get the stick out of his ass and get cool with people in there and make it happen. Its not that hard.
Yes I do know that boxing has a vigorous training regiment, all he need to do tho is eat like crazy and train in his cell. He needs to be disciplined. Ain't gonna be no yes men and trainer by his side. Its all him.
And like someone said his lawyers should had certain stipulations before he even went to jail!

No need to name drop Brown, that gets nowhere with me. How many boxers are at Floyds level? How many football players are at the level of Vick? Not many, so lets look at the average boxer, who boxes maybe three times a year (if he is lucky) to the average football player who plays 16 games a season and more depending on if his team makes it to the playoffs. You're dealing with guys running the 40 and wearing 15-20lbs of gear each weeks. Are the workouts different? Yes, but I'm not going to say that boxers are the most conditioned, have the harder work outs, etc.

He's in JAIL not PRISON. He has LESS than 90 days and not YEARS. It is NOT going to take the guy years to get back in shape.
Agree 100% - NO SYMPATHY
Can't do a 90 day sit down .. LOL .. now the excuses .. If he really beat the girl up in front of kids (IDK the details) he needs to sit & I hope someone in there lets him know w/ an ass whooping . Professional boxer hitting a woman ??? huh ... Yeah he needs to get tuned up .

The best thing for him is to do the 90 days w/ every restriction no special treatment . Show the public your just like everyone else .

diego corrales did 14 months in jail, came back and didn't miss a beat. That was before his biggest fights with Castillo & Casamayor.

Floyd's obviously a little older, just sayin.

About being in fighting shape. Floyd doesn't have a fight immediately after he gets out of jail. I'm sure he can go back to the gym, spar and just plain work-out for a few months or so and he'll be fine. Floyd fights once a year anyway so it's not that big of an issue. If he was fighting 5-6 times a year it could be a problem, but he'll be alright.

Well there goes that. Good behavior should get him out 3 weeks early, so looks like he'll do around 60 days give or take.

Judge Rejects Mayweather's House Arrest Request

Floyd Mayweather Jr. just had his recent motion rejected by a Nevada judge ... who scoffed at the boxer's claim he is withering away in jail. Floyd had begged the court to let him finish out his sentence for domestic violence on house arrest ... because he's dehydrated and malnourished and it's taking a toll on his body and putting his boxing career in jeopardy.

But moments ago, a judge DENIED Mayweather's request -- ordering him to serve out the remainder of his 3-month sentence behind bars.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the judge disputed Mayweather's claim that he's dehydrated behind bars -- saying the boxer's condition is "self-induced as water is made available to [Floyd] twenty-four hours a day."

As for Floyd's gripe that he's only consuming a fraction of the calories he needs -- the judge says it's because "[Floyd] chooses not to eat the food provided."

The judge also balked at Floyd's complaint that he can't train at a world class level while serving his time -- saying, "While the training areas and times provided to Floyd may not be consistent with his prior regimen, he is indeed provided sufficient space and time for physical activity if he so chooses."

Judge won't ease Mayweather jail stay

UPDATED JUN 14, 2012 3:06 AM ET

LAS VEGAS (AP)
Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s request that he be released from jail because the low-quality food and water have threatened his health was denied by a Las Vegas judge who says he should eat and drink what is being given to him behind bars.

ONE OF THE GREATS
Where do Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali rank among the best boxers of all time?
Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa wrote in her late Wednesday decision that water has been made available to Mayweather around the clock and the only reason he isn't eating properly is because he refuses to eat the provided meals. Saragosa said Mayweather's complaints that he is unable to exercise in jail are also unfounded.

''While the physical training areas and times provided to (Mayweather) may not be consistent with his prior regimen, he is indeed provided sufficient space and time for physical activity if he so chooses,'' Saragosa wrote.

A mere 10 days after Mayweather turned himself in to begin his three-month sentence, his legal team filed an emergency motion Monday asking the court to put him under house arrest or move him into the general jail population — something that jail officials had avoided to protect the celebrity fighter. The motion claimed the undefeated champion might never fight again because he was getting out of shape in solitary confinement.

Mayweather lawyer Richard Wright didn't immediately return a phone message late Wednesday. Wright said earlier this week that he was not seeking special treatment for the 35-year-old fighter.

Mayweather pleaded guilty last year to reduced domestic battery charges stemming from an attack on his former girlfriend while two of their children watched. The plea deal allowed him to avoid trial on felony charges that could have gotten Mayweather up to 34 years in prison if he was convicted. Mayweather was sentenced Dec. 22, but was allowed to remain free long enough to make a Cinco de Mayo weekend fight.

Mayweather's legal team told the court this week that his personal physician, Dr. Robert Voy, visited the jail Friday and determined the fighter had lost muscle tone. Voy estimated Mayweather was consuming fewer than 800 calories a day instead of his usual 3,000 or 4,000 calories. Mayweather also wasn't drinking enough because he wasn't allowed bottled water and doesn't enjoy tap water.

''I am concerned about Floyd withdrawing, developing anger he cannot dissipate through the usual means of dedicated exercise and training,'' Voy wrote in an affidavit. ''Boxing has been Mr. Mayweather's life since he was a young man and we need champions of this type to continue to their natural retirement and hopefully their contributions to society thereafter.''

Prosecutor Lisa Luzaich scoffed at the complaints during a court hearing Tuesday.

''It's jail,'' Luzaich told the court. ''Where did he think he was going? The Four Seasons?''
